Quite simply we make a margin on the rent. We hope to rent your property out for slightly more than we pay you.
We can do this by using our experience in letting residential property over many years. Often we look for a property where we can achieve an uplift in the rent. This could be by decorating, furnishing or re-presenting your property in line with the chosen target market.
We own and manage a large portfolio of properties throughout London, so we can manage your property at a much lower cost than that of a single property.
